Wilder Fight Night Drop in Sessions

FIRST SESSION – Tuesday 23rd September 2025

WEEKLY SESSIONS

· Tuesday 9-10pm
· Thursday 9-10pm

Starting Week Commencing 20th October a third weekly session focused on sparring will be available on Sundays (26th October, 2nd November & 9th November):

· Sunday 1-2pm.

Training gloves will not be provided so you will need to purchase your own 16oz training gloves for the program. You will need to purchase your own wraps and personal gum shield (NOT RED IN COLOUR or WITH TEETH). These can all be purchased online or through any respective sports store.

When you first arrive, please head inside where the Dylan the head coach will be waiting to meet you. There will also be a member of the Wilder student Exec team in attendance for most of your sessions too, so feel free to ask any questions on any parts of the process.

The training process takes place over 8-weeks. It involves 2-3 EXCLUSIVE training sessions each week….be ready for some intense sessions mixing cardio, boxing technique and sparring.

There are also other community sessions held at the gym that you may wish to attend. Please enquire directly with Dylan and the gym for more information on their timetable/cost. Additionally, if you fancy supplementing the training process further, talk to your trainers about private sessions or group sessions.

You are able to train at any other gym or facility that suits you better if you so wish, but regular attendance at our sessions are MANDATORY to be able to accurately assess your ability, standard and safely pair you up later. We provide training for our cohorts paid for by ourselves but it is your responsibility to get fit and commit to the process, however you do it.

The first sessions will be introductory sessions so you can experience what is expected over the following weeks and are ready for the challenge ahead (but no less difficult). This allows you to make sure you still want to participate and want to commit to the event and we can ensure the right candidates are chosen. If you make it through the first week of sessions then the hard work begins…….
