Wilder Fight Night
Wilder Fight Night was established originally in Durham by Wilder Events in late 2021, developed from the ground up by our student Senior Management Team. It’s run for students, by students, with our fighters and audience in mind every step of the way. Our aim was to create an incredible event experience, without cutting any corners – Wilder Fight Night is a huge calendar date, our resounding, sell-out successes in multiple student cities, event after event, proving this beyond doubt.
We deliver premier training to our fighters, at no cost to them we provide 6-8 weeks of intensive training and nutritional advice, equipment and kit. They get to have the experience of their lives, pushing themselves beyond anything they could have imagined, raising funds for an incredible cause, and our guests get to watch their friends battle it out in black-tie style. Amidst making all this happen, our senior management team works with sponsors to ensure our charity fundraising targets are met also.
With Cambridge, Durham, London, Loughborough, Nottingham and Sheffield all raising over £42,000 in the 2022-2023 academic year we’ve raised an astonishing £260,000 in 2023-2024 with the help of new cities Bournemouth, Brighton, Dublin, Southampton, Leicester, Liverpool, Lincoln and Portsmouth!
With a total fundraising total to date of a ridiculous £320,730.69 and further locations being added the sky is the limit for the 2024-2025 academic year!
Now Student Fight Night expands to further student cities for more electrifying black tie events for students.
